GIANT Size Litho Printing at mini prices!

Our new GIANT litho press opens up a whole new world of print possibilities. Posters, Billboards and Stand-Up Displays are among the many new products we are able to offer.

Whilst these huge sizes have been available before using screen print the speed and quality and economy we can achieve is nothing short of revolutionary!

We are now able to offer Full Colour in perfect register with Stochastic screening on finished sizes up to 1600mm x 1200mm! To give you some idea of how big the sheet is we can comfortably fit 25 A4s on a single page.

The best news is that the new press is built with best environmental practices in mind. It runs alcohol free and incorporates 'best of breed' efficient motors. Whilst it has a much bigger production output than our existing B1 presses, it uses proportionally much less power. The arrival of our new press marks an exciting new era for us all. Suddenly lots of products which for volume production were previously the reserve of screen printers can be produced lithographically. The advantages of using a Lithographic press for these products are numerous and significant.

Previously the quality of big, screen printed, Display Boards and Point of Sale material was disappointing, at best!

The limitations of Screen Printing meant that the print had to be made up of very large dots. When viewed at anything but a large distance away the dots made the print virtually impossible to decipher.

With our new press we can print huge posters with the same exceptional clarity which has become our hallmark for smaller print sizes. The difference in quality of the finished job truly must be seen to be believed!

Plus our close computer control of colour means that every job and every sheet of every job will be a faithful render of the designers’ intentions.

Display Boards
Hanging Boards & Flat Displays

Our Display Boards and other Point of Sale material are printed on 150gsm Gloss art sheets mounted on to 2mm thick solid grey board (For A0 size and above the board used is 2.9mm). The same image is applied to each side of the board (or unprinted white 150gsm paper is applied to the reverse of freestanding Boards09.

We can supply lose struts which are also white finished.

Finishing We can drill your boards ready for hanging or Die cut to any finished shape. The cost of drilling boards is £0.25 per hole per board.

There are three element to the cost of Die cutting boards:

• The one off Forme cost ranges from £60.00 upwards depending on the size and complexity of the shape
• The setup cost before boards can be cut which is £45.00
• The Running cost £0.45 per board (up to A3 size)
  £0.85 per board (A3 size to A1 size), £1.50 per board (A1 size +)

Speed The time taken to make traditional screens and to set up the screen print press was considerable. Our new process uses ‘Computer to Plate’ technology and offers exceptionally fast press make ready times.

This means that our response to your needs can be virtually instant if required and our 'normal' turnaround is anything but usual!

Economy The cost of traditionally printed Display Boards and Point of Sale material is extremely high because of the time consuming nature of the process. Our new Litho Production techniques have allowed us to make a step change in the cost of these products.

Greater economy opens up the opportunity to use Displays and Point of Sale, which have proven their effectiveness over time, in applications where previously they were cost prohibitive.

Backlit Posters (1524mm x1016mm) are printed on a material designed specifically for this application. Back Lit Posters are supplied flat or can be rolled in to tubes for a small additional cost.

If your requirement is for a slightly smaller display we are happy to cut sheets to your bespoke size.

Merchandisers
Using computer driven laser cutters or conventional Die Cutting Formes we can create almost anything from simple pallet encasing 'grab boxes' to elaborate displays promoting the latest Hollywood Blockbuster!

With the help of the latest Three Dimensional Computer Aided Design, the most complex shape can be broken down in to a number of 'constructible’ elements.

The almost infinite range of sizes and shapes means it is not possible to provide generalised pricing on this product.
